The European Real Estate Society's Annual Conference is the primary event of the Society. The ERES Annual Conference provides an open forum for the exchange of ideas and the dissemination of research in areas such as real estate finance, economics, appraisal, investment and asset management.
The ERES annual conference is the leading forum for constructive engagement in real estate research and education in Europe and one of the largest real estate-related conferences worldwide.
ERES incorporates national societies, academics, practitioners, policy makers and doctoral students engaged in real estate research and education. It is linked to the global research and education community through its participation in the International Real Estate Society. ERES 2018 is the designated conference of the International Real Estate Society which is also celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2018.
A key theme of the conference is Horizon 25:50 which seeks to stimulate debate on the future of real estate research and education.
